Wonga Wonga Bay is part of the Whatipu beach coast at the southern part of West Auckland, a beautiful piece of land and great for onshore rock fishing. We watched those rock fishers for about 10 minutes during which time they caught a couple of decent sized snappers. Whatipu beach is one of my favourite beaches in Auckland.
