Hayley is a social media manager and marketing expert that loves what she does. She sits downs and talks to us quickly about her full time hustle. she is enthusiastic about what she does and gets excited about brands whether they are big or small. Always coming up with new or innovative ideas for her clients.

AL: What made you start this business?

HN: Like many people I was a job casualty of Covid19 and had decided to bring my little side hustle to full fruition. I am so happy I did.

AL: What do you do exactly?

HN: I provide social media marketing and marketing management for Tradies and small businesses. I specialise in Social Media and Marketing and dealing with the clients and my business partner works on the more technical end of websites.

AL: Who are your clients, what are they looking for?

HN: Most of my clients have a few things in common. They know they need social media to succeed but they are either frustrated or find it difficult to be consistent. I take the that inconsistency and frustration away and replace it with relief and enthusiasm. My clients range from Builders and Funeral homes to Mortgage Brokers and Landscaping Supply companies and I have a special for Real Estate Agents. I like to work with service industries and I love a challenge.

 

AL: What makes you unique?

HN: Good Question… firstly I have 10 years of experience in marketing at manager level. So I understand budgets, timing and marketing plans. Planning is so important with social media also…. I call is “very organised chaos”. I also do a site visit for the majority of my clients so I can capture original content for them that they can use. This means I sometimes have to wear steel cap boots and or gumboots to get that content. ( Check out my onsite photo below with Nick Patterson)

 

AL: Do you have any specials at the moment?
